Craft Night
Craft night arrived this week, not quite sure where the time went since the last one, time just seems to be flying! As ever, it was a fantastic turn out from all our lovely crafters, it's nice getting to know our regular crafters better and it was lovely to see some new faces!Charlotte, Debbi, Jean, Joyce and myself (Paula) were taking the workshops this time round. Here are some pics from the evening ...
The Amazing Ken Oliver and Kath Stewart
So, just as we got our breath back from craft night, along came Saturday, and what an incredibly busy day it was!
Where do I start?
Well, let's start with a first-time visit from the very talented Ken Oliver, all the way from Arizona! Lots of lucky ladies spent a fantastic morning with Ken and made some fantastic works of art using Spellbinders Mixed Media bezels and ICE resin. The feedback from this class was incredibly positive, everyone was delighted with their makes!
And Ken's pupils, hard at work!
This is Charlotte's finished work of art!
And Ken's gorgeous projects, aren't they stunning!
Following on from Ken's class in the morning, we were incredibly lucky that Ken stayed with us to do some demoing along with free make and takes in the afternoon, and not forgetting there were lots of lovely goodies Ken was giving away! Sadly, I missed the craftathon between Ken and our very own Kath Stewart, I hear it was very entertaining!
Kath's Klub
While all this 'spellbinding' stuff was going on, in another workshop room, Kath's Klub was in full swing!
In the morning, we made two cards using Hero Arts stamps ...
In the afternoon, there was a change of stamp sets, and here is the desk calendar that was made ...
I am sure you will agree, that this has been an incredibly exciting, busy week, I'm exhausted just writing the blog!

WOW what a great experience that would have been, wish I could have been there. Two great people to show how it is done.
