A couple of months ago, Charlotte came up with the wonderful idea of holding a charity craft night in aid of Archway, our chosen charity for 2013. With feedback from customers, who wanted to be able to try out different die-cutting machines, it was decided that this special fund raising evening would be based around this theme.
Crafters got to use the Sizzix Big Shot, Cuttlebug, Grand Calibur and the X Cut Xpress.
The evening was a great success and lots of fun! We raised almost £300 which has helped us get even nearer to our £5,000 target for the year!
We also welcomed a brand new crafter on Thursday, who had never made a card before and had wondered what all the fuss was about! Well, this lovely lady was absolutely delighted with the cards she made and is now embarking on a new hobby!
Here are some photographs from our charity evening.
Jean was demonstrating the Sizzix Big Shot.

Some embossing and die-cutting with the Cuttlebug to make tags.

Charlotte was demonstrating the Grand Calibur along with the Big Shot.
Pearl was demonstrating the X Cut Xpress.

Thank you to all you lovely crafters who came along and helped to raise funds for Archway!
